Hickory Wind Ranch is a sober-living community in Austin. After the completion of rehab, many people find the transition into mainstream-living to be difficult. HWR provides that gentler transition that many people need. Not only do they offer a monitored place to live, but they also provide services for job searching, schooling, and counseling. What sets them apart from other sober-living communities is their focus on creativity; they cater to the artist.
